01 General Terms

05 Betting Rules

• If there are significant changes to a team's lineup or on-field conditions before a match begins, the outcome of that bet will be determined in accordance with 300k's rules.
• If a match is cancelled, bets on that event are generally refunded. However, different rules may apply to specific markets.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system or technical error, 300k reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement will remain in effect.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 300k platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of the account balance.

• Multi-Accounting: Running multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Using false information or deceptive tactics to claim bonuses.
• Arbitrage Betting: Strategic betting to secure your balance with minimal risk.
• Hacking or Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Third-Party Payments: Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Using Another Person's Account: Logging into or operating another person's account.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

300k reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances.

• For any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Users will generally be notified before a permanent account closure, and will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance (subject to conditions being met). However, immediate closure may apply in cases involving prohibited activity.
